There are some measures you can take to keep your gums healthy. First, make sure you are brushing, flossing and rinsing a mouthwash on your teeth daily. Next, make sure you are eating healthy and drinking a lot of water. Do not use any sort of tobacco product. Try to avoid any very hot or very cold drinks and foods.
